The Global Management Trainee Programme is a two-year development programme for fresh graduates or students close to graduation. During the two years, we will support the Management Trainee in developing functional skills, leadership skills and business awareness that will be needed in future managerial roles.

The programme consists of several assignments across different functions and end markets. To ensure the international scope of the programme, at least one assignment (approximately six months) will take place outside of the Management Trainee’s home market.
